Menu Descriptions

Parmesan chicken: flour dredged chicken breast baked to a golden brown and topped with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce, crimini mushrooms and a parmesan crust

Chicken Ardene: a thinly pounded chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto ham, leeks, and mozzarella cheese, rolled and hand breaded then baked to a golden brown and topped with a garlic cream sauce then garnished with crispy prosciutto and fried leeks

Butter Baked Chicken: A quarter white meat chicken, seasoned with, garlic, onion, basil, oregano, paprika, sage, salt and black pepper then baked in butter.

Tuscan Chicken/ Gorgonzola sauce: A grilled chicken breast topped with a creamy gorgonzola (blue cheese) sauce with roasted artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes
